Organization type

An organization's type is used to customize the experience for users in your organization, including initial organization settings and Welcome Bot messages received by new users.

Set organization type

This feature is only available to organization owners and administrators.

  1. Click on the gear () icon in the upper right corner of the web or desktop app.

  2. Select Manage organization.

  3. On the left, click Organization profile.

  4. Under Organization type, select the option that best fits your organization.

  5. Click Save changes.
